Meet Natalie
For me, fitness has always been so much more than changing the way you look.
My own fitness journey began with a goal to lose weight. After losing over 60 pounds, I was proud of the physical transformation I had made—but the biggest changes weren’t necessarily the ones I could see in the mirror.
Training taught me discipline. It showed me what I was capable of when I stayed consistent, even on the days I didn’t feel motivated. It gave me confidence, helped me become more resilient, and become an outlet that had an incredible impact on my mental well-being. Over time, getting stronger physically helped me become stronger in so many other areas of my life.
That experience is a huge part of why I became a coach.
I know how intimidating it can feel to start. I know what it’s like to walk into a gym and not feel completely confident in what you’re doing. And I know that making lasting changes to your body, your habits, and your lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight.
But I also know how life-changing the process can be.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I want to be the person in your corner throughout that process—not just someone who gives you a workout and counts your reps. I’m here to guide you, challenge you, educate you, and support you through the days when showing up feels a little harder.
My goal is to help you become stronger and reach the physical goals that brought you here, but I also want you to walk away from coaching with something bigger: confidence in yourself, knowledge you carry with you, healthier habits, and the belief that you’re capable of doing hard things.
Because fitness can change your body—but I believe what it can do for the person you become along the way is even more powerful.
That’s what Next Level Coaching means to me. It’s not just about taking your fitness to the next level. It’s about taking yourself there, too.
