I wasn’t always the woman who loved the gym. For most of my life, I struggled with my weight, confidence, and consistency. After years of trial, error and frustration, I made a promise to myself to truly change - not just for a “goal weight”, but to become stronger, healthier, and genuinely happier.
Over time, I lost more than 60 pounds, but what I gained was far more valuable - discipline, self-trust, and a deep understanding of how to build a sustainable lifestyle around fitness and nutrition. That transformation lit a fire in me to help others do the same.
Today, as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I specialize in helping real people find confidence through movement, food freedom, and strength training. My coaching blends empathy with evidence-based programming: structured, results-driven, but flexible enough to fit real life.
